Supervision
Supervision is a joint endeavour in which a person attends a session to develop and improve the quality of their own or others work. Supervision is about transforming relationships and for supervisees to develop themselves, and their practice to bring about more affective and efficient methods within the context of the organisation’s operational guidelines and those of the supervisee’s and/or supervisor’s registered body. The supervisor will need to understand the systemic context of the organisation to work effectively with the supervisee on a wider social, cultural, political, and individual perspective.
We offer very effective and efficient supervision to managers, team leaders and any individual who is carrying heavy workloads needing support and aid in determining how best to operate within systems, cooperate with colleagues and staff, and how to draw from resources both within and without themselves and to challenge their beliefs and knowledge around working with people in a more effective manner.
Group supervision is also available.
